”The Horizon” is a luxury, high-rise apartment building with 360° views overlooking Darlinghurst, Sydney. CoolCats ACR currently maintains, replaces and installs the Daikin VRV and multi head air conditioning systems, throughout the lower ground Terraces across three levels.
We have successfully designed and installed 28 Daikin VRV and Daikin multi head systems that consist of four to five indoor units per apartment. We have been working closely with the facilities manager, to ensure we do not impede on the home owner’s schedule during business hours and that we produce quality end results in a timely manner, without impacting on the building’s operation.
Daikin units have always been CoolCats ACR primary choice of product. Their extensive range of indoor fan coil units cater for the tight spaces of luxury, architecturally designed apartments, concealing them all within joinery to avoid disrupting the ceiling’s overall aesthetics.
