Coolcats ACR was engaged to design and install air conditioning systems throughout its four levels of boutique apartments. This involved integrating four VRV systems, the ventilation within two basement levels extending up to the rooftop area, as well as in all individual apartment ventilation.
A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was conducted to design jet fans for the car park’s ventilation system.
Through CFD analysis, we effectively modelled and anticipated the airflow and its behaviour within the space, allowing for the creation of a ventilation system that provides efficient air circulation in the car park area.
This ensures a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the residents of Salt Apartments, with a ventilation system tailored and optimised to meet the specific requirements of this distinctive residential development.
